The primary intention running through my instrument making is an attempt to gesture through sound, toward silence. It seems there is a quality to these sounds that can incline us towards deeper contemplation. Equally they are beautiful objects to have in the home and have also been used in corporate settings and within the European Commission.
I make bowls for sale and by commission and I offer one to one or small group bowl-making workshops by arrangement.
